Purpose<\/h4><p>This website allows the contracting and online payment of boat rental services offered by Sea Star Charter.<\/p><h4>2. Pricing<\/h4><p>All prices are shown in Euros (\u20ac) and include applicable taxes, unless expressly stated otherwise.<\/p><h4>3. Payment method<\/h4><p>Payment will be made by Virtual POS with a bank card (Visa, Mastercard or other accepted). The operation will be carried out through a secure payment gateway. <\/p><h4>4. Booking confirmation<\/h4><p>The booking will not be considered confirmed until payment has been authorised and the customer receives the corresponding confirmation by email.<\/p><h4>5. Cancellation Policy<\/h4><p>Cancellations communicated less than seven (7) calendar days before the start of the rental will have a penalty of 30% of the total amount of the reservation.<br\/>Cancellations made 4 calendar days or less before the start date of the rental will not be refundable.<\/p><h4>6. Right of withdrawal<\/h4><p>In accordance with Article 103(l) of Royal Legislative Decree 1\/2007, the right of withdrawal shall not apply to contracts for services related to leisure activities when the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance.<\/p><h4>7. Data protection<\/h4><p>Personal data will be processed in accordance with current data protection regulations and the Privacy Policy published on this website.<\/p><h4>8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction<\/h4><p>These conditions will be governed by Spanish law.
