Terms and conditions of contracting

1. Purpose

This website allows the contracting and online payment of boat rental services offered by Sea Star Charter.

2. Pricing

All prices are shown in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes, unless expressly stated otherwise.

3. Payment method

Payment will be made by Virtual POS with a bank card (Visa, Mastercard or other accepted). The operation will be carried out through a secure payment gateway.

4. Booking confirmation

The booking will not be considered confirmed until payment has been authorised and the customer receives the corresponding confirmation by email.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations communicated less than seven (7) calendar days before the start of the rental will have a penalty of 30% of the total amount of the reservation.
Cancellations made 4 calendar days or less before the start date of the rental will not be refundable.

6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article 103(l) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal shall not apply to contracts for services related to leisure activities when the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance.

7. Data protection

Personal data will be processed in accordance with current data protection regulations and the Privacy Policy published on this website.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These conditions will be governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties will submit to the courts and tribunals that are competent in accordance with current regulations.
